We accept different payment methods including CASH and transfers. Cash payment is less cheaper in some cases for quick-fix emergency jobs .

For example: If there is an emergency situations which involves quick rapid responses, CASH payment is better to get any materials needed for prompt work.  transfers might delay the job if there are delays from bank to release funds or when there are network issues. we are comfortable with whichever methods you preferred. 

However, with any other forms of payments, your payment must be available/ cleared into acoount before we will try to get any materials for your emergency work. Its advisable that you always prepared in advanced with emergency CASH at all times regardless of the situations.

INSURANCE COVER: Although the unexpected comes sometimes, We are competent and experienced, and takes good care when working to ensure everything is done safely, sound and secured. We do takes photographs, videos, pictures and recording for security and training purposes

Therefore NO FALSE CLAIMS can be made on our services as these evident can be used as proof of how we met the property and how we left it after all works completed. Its important to let us know in advance if you are having any ongoing issues where other companies could not solve your problems untill we arrives at your property.

However, if there is any issues with the work recently done within few days ago, weeks such as leaks or socket or switch is not working, you must let us know immediately to rectify the situation beacause we did not manufactured the products, we take no resposibilities on any propducts. We can also advice on which product brands are ok if you can affoard to buy it.

Loose coonections in electrical system can rtesult as a fault where a switche or socket failed to work and this is nothing to do with false claims  therefore e ensures our installations are physically test and functional before we let yoou use it. 

eaxample, if we installed a new fusebox, comsummer unit with new wiring and you used any faulty, damaged and defective appliances on the sockets, it will tripped off the power.  Such clues are cooker oen crease and oils dripps into sockets and switches.
